Training Manager
(National Capital Reg – Ortigas)

Responsibilities:

* Manage a site training team of supervisors, specialists and assistants
* Develops, implements and evaluates training modules, lesson plans and training outlines.
* Ensures training procedures, standards, documentation and reporting are maintained, updated and in compliance with performance standards.
* Develops cross-functional partnerships that influence performance and drive results.

Requirements:

* Must be available to start as soon as possible
* Must be willing to travel to the US by the first week of April for training (visa sponsorship will be provided)
* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree , Post Graduate Diploma / Master’s Degree, any field.
* At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Applicants must be willing to work in Ortigas.
* Preferably Assistant Manager / Managers specializing in Training & Development or equivalent.
* Full-Time positions available.
