Customer Service Professionals Libis
Responsibilities:
 As a customer service professional for our US Telcom Account, you will handle inbound calls from customers requesting warranty exchange of wireless equipment. You will also provide basic phone troubleshooting and determines warranty eligibility. As a customer service professional, you will provide information on features, applications and settings on customer’s existing equipment.
Requirements:
Must have finished at least two (2) years in college or prossess a vocational / short course certificate
With excellent command in English language, both oral and written
Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply
Willing to be assigned at our Libis site.
