Finance Analyst for Davao Site
(Southern Mindanao – Davao City)

Responsibilities:
o Daily Revenue Management

> To closely watch the Revenue movement in all programs on a daily basis and to raise flash points when the same deviates from the LE;
> To ensure accuracy of the Revenue Management and to match with LE
o Weekly LE/WFM/MP Indent
> Ensuring accuracy of cost details in LE like Manpower, Seats, etc;
> Closely working with COPS on correctness of Revenue details captured in LE;
> Ensuring accuracy of Program’s inputs in WFM calls
> To achieve a forecasting accruacy of 95% month on month;
> Thorough review of manpower/seats indent and release approval within 2 days upon receipt of request.
o Monthly
> Contribution Variance Analysis;
> A variance report detailing the reasons for variance between the Target (Plan / Budget) and the actual performance – by program;
> Pricing vs Actuals (also Refer “Imbibing Financial Understanding” Below);
> Program Review Documents (also Refer “Imbibing Financial Understanding” Below);
All these reports will be generated by Management Accounting team at Corporate level. The Business Controllers should work closely with the Mgmt Accounting Team in providing all details in the analysis of variace from Budget / Pricing and Flash point rep

Requirements:

* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree , any field.
* At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Applicants must be willing to work in Davao City.
* Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Banking/Financial Services or equivalent.
* 2 Full-Time positions available.
