TELECOMMUNICATIONS TESTING SPECIALIST
(National Capital Reg)

Responsibilities:

* Performs escalations critical to local loop delivery via web applications and phone communication to LEC parties
* Performs orders using both internal and external tools and systems
* Monitor and maintain set intervals related to the delivering of new customer facilities
* Correspond via email and phone communication to internal sales and project teams as well as external vendors
* Frequent communication to internal dependent parties through all phases of the order process

Requirements:

* College degree is required with a degree in Telecommunications, Network Engineering, or related field is preferred
* Experience in Project Management is preferred
* Strong Technical Comprehension – Ability to understand telecommunication concepts/networks/equipment and explain clearly and confidently to internal teams as well as external vendors
* Experience in driving escalations with external parties to achieve internal delivery goals. Ability to establish call control
* Understanding of basic Telephony concepts
* Working knowledge of LEC interfaces preferred but not required
* Ability to follow policies, process, procedures, confidentiality, business ethics, call flow and scripts
* Ability to follow proper transfer Procedures
* Verbal skills – Articulate, clear and friendly tone with a neutral accent
* Willing to work US hours
