Team Leader for Davao Site
(Southern Mindanao – Davao City)

Responsibilities:

* Managing and enhancing the performance of each CSR

* Monitor and enhance the performance of the team in the areas of productivity following documented processes , customer satisfaction, schedule adherance and employee satisfaction/development

* Enhance the goal of quality support by providing individual coaching feedback sessions and weekly one-on-ones that focus on improving customer satisfaction, communication skills and technical ability

* Provide operational and administrative support

* Proven ability to manage reporting and analysis

* Confidently makes presentations to small to mid-size audiences

* Able to suggest actions without having all the information

* Adapts reasonably well to changing circumstances, direction and strategy

* Other activities as required

Requirements:

* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree , any field.

* BPO/Call Center experience is a must.

* Required language(s): English

* Good Technical Knowledge and experience.

* Good Sales Background.

* Preferably Supervisor / 5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employees specializing in Technical support or equivalent.

* Permanent assignment in Davao City

* Full-Time positions available.
