ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
* Supervises and coordinates the Reporting and Scheduling Team
* Ensures account satisfaction on accuracy of invoices and reports
* Handling everyday adhoc tasks by Managers
* Approves RA leaves, overtime and holiday coverage
* Visibility in the work area to assist needs of the team
* Addresses, resolves and escalates problems as appropriate
* Monitors, coaches and trains RAs as required
* Identifies and addresses any staff training needs
* Plans, assigns and directs work to the team/employees
* Rewards and disciplines employees when necessary
* Participates in the recruitment of staff to the team
* Conducts performance appraisals in accordance to company standards
* Manage new programs as appointed by the Senior Manager
* Provides daily, weekly, monthly statistical reports to clients
* Assesses, reports and, where possible, improves the effectiveness of all report templates
* Provides technical specialized input to clients when and where necessary
* Communicates to supervisors, managers, trends based on statistical reports
* Collate and prepare all client billing (invoices) on time
* Contributes to other projects if requested
* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree , any field.
* At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Applicants must be willing to work in Bonifacio Global City,Taguig.
* Should have at least 2 years supervisory experience in Workforce in a BPO company
* Preferably Supervisor / 5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employees specializing in Actuarial Science/Statistics or equivalent.
