Branding Specialist
(National Capital Reg – Ortigas)

Responsibilities:

* Works together with the Branding & Communications Associates in formulating, developing and translating events and marketing objectives into creative designs, visual concepts, and implementation plans specific to events or below the line activities
* Major company events such as Summer Picnic, Year-end Party, Sports Fest, nniversary, Managers’ Forum, Sykes Idol, Customer Service Week, Halloween, Merchandising and other company-wide/center events and external events like Philanthropy programs
* Coordinates closely with the Branding and Communications Senior Manager, other managers from other departments and, in some cases, third party alliances to execute plan (consultancy basis for various projects from different depts.)
* Gives art direction on all collateral development from print advertising, event collaterals to other point of sales materials and present it to the team for inputs and consensual approval
* Collaborates with Sourcing & Recruitment Teams in creatively conceptualizing, enhancing and designing market collaterals for appropriate branding of the Company and promotion of sourcing and recruiting initiatives
* Collaborates with other departments in the company as deemed necessary on creative conceptualization of projects
* Assists in the evaluation of the capability of the event suppliers (creative and logistics especially technical aspect) in mounting events and gives expert recommendation/s on the choice of vendor/s or supplier/s for the company to work with
* Works with the Communication Specialist on creative designs and lay out of annual plan for internal and external communication channels: Internet and intranet, Press release, Print advertisement, outdoor advertisement, posters, brochures, flyers, postcards and other branding collaterals, TV exposure and pitches, Radio plugs or Announcements on Board, E-mail announcements, Audio visual and PowerPoint presentations
Presents and sells creative concepts to the Branding & Communications team and internal clients
* Conducts branding exercise with internal clients
* Performs other duties and ad hoc tasks assigned

Requirements:

* With minimum 3-4 years experience gained through advertising, creative marketing, graphic design, audio-visual & multi-media presentations, scriptwriting, radio & television programming and production, events directing and/or public relations preferably in fast moving consumer goods or service industry
* BS/BA in Marketing, Advertising, Integrated Marketing & Communications, Fine Arts Communication Arts or any Liberal Arts courses or equivalent from an accredited college or university
* Excellent communication skills
* Highly creative and strongly driven by “out-of the-box” thinking
* Experienced in dealing with 3rd party event vendor/supplier/s
* High organizational, planning and delegating skills
* Proven analytical and creative thinking abilities
* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
* Copywriting experience is an advantage
* Ability to understand concepts and creatively translates them to images & powerful words
* Ability to analyze issues and to suggest solutions to problems and to devise new approaches
* Ability to organize time and work so as to manage priorities effectively and meet deadlines
* Ability to make effective and efficient use of available resources
