CSR for Back-Office Support (Job Code: CSR-BOS)
(National Capital Reg – Quezon Avenue, Quezon City)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

* To provide quality customer service to clients via back-office support (chat, email, etc.)

REQUIREMENTS:

* Finished at least 2 years in college or similar college-level education (any course)
* Working knowledge of computers
* Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
* Willing to be assigned at Sunnymede IT Center (SITC) along Quezon Avenue in Quezon City
* Willing to work on shifting schedules (including the night shift)
* Willint to work on a 3-months contractual status (initial offer)
* Available to start ASAP
* Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
