Responsibilities:

* Successful applicants will provide inbound customer and sales support to clients of the world’s leading online travel company. They are expected to achieve individual and team performance targets, which include customer serice, sales, productivity and quality standards.

Requirements:

* At least 2 years of college education in any field of study
* Can express himself/herself fluently in English
* Committed in identifiying and providing solutions of the highest possible standard aimed at addressing customer needs
* Maintains a high level of energy and a positive attitude in a challenging environment
* Sales background and call center work experience will be an advantage
