Customer Service Representatives for Investments and Banking
(National Capital Reg – Makati City)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Successfully complete the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) certification requirements for the Series 7 and Series 63 course when needed.
* Satisfactorily complete the systems training to support clients by phone
* Achieve minimum Accuracy standards
* Achieve minimum Quality Monitoring standards
* Achieve minimum Service Level standards
* Satisfactorily complete continuous education requirements
* Receive inbound calls and process client requests
* Service internal and external clients
* Manage client expectations and provide a positive experience for the caller
* Process paperwork.
* May be assigned additional tasks from time to time

REQUIREMENTS:

* Bachelor’s/College Degree , any field
* Excellent academic skiills
* Excellent English skills – oral and written
* Accounting and Financial background – an advantage but not required
* Knowledge in Microsoft Office applications
* Applicants must be willing to work in Makati City.
* Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Customer Service or equivalent
