Korean Speaking Technical Support
(National Capital Reg)

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provides first line technical support through phone, fax, and email.

• Accepts inbound/outbound email/calls
• Utilizes laboratory resources to walkthrough customers and verify symptoms
• Ensure required information is entered into ICIM pertaining to customer problems or requests
• Complete logging of contacts/transactions encountered
• Individual case management based on client agreement
• Escalates technical or non-technical problems that are unable to be resolved on the spot of L2
• Flags up personal training requirements to TL
• Adheres to clients and company’s processes and procedures
• Reports to TL, L2, AS and AM
• Have adequate product knowledge
• Provide the good service to customer

REQUIREMENTS

• University degree preferably any engineering course or the equivalent.

• At least 6 months related experience in the Technical Support/Customer Service industry
• At least 6 months experience in working with customers of varied technical knowledge and business needs
• Experience in working with people on different levels
• Must have good verbal and written communication skills
• Computer literate
• Proficiency in the Korean Language
• Proficient with writing reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals
• Ability to coach and to educate agents on non-proficient areas
• Understanding of quality feedback processes
