- At least two (2) years of college education or a graduate of a vocational course
- Understanding of basic PC troubleshooting and knowledge on various operating systems
- Familiarity in web surfing and use of instant messengers
- Working knowledge of MS Word / Excel
- Previous customer service / technical support experience is an advantage but not required
- Good English communication skills
- Must be willing to work on shifting schedules and be assigned in Gilmore, Quezon City
