Technical Support Representative for Laptops
(National Capital Reg, Southern Tagalog)
Responsibilities:
* Document all customer calls in call tracking system.
* Parts sales and order processing.
* Use knowledgebase tools to search for customer solutions.
* Utilize all product documentation to provide customers answers to questions and problem resolution.
* Repair/Work Order processing.
* Escalate calls to designated Escalation Team as per escalation procedures.
Requirements:
* At least 2 years of college study. University degree preferred.
* Preferably with Minimum of 6 months call center experience
* Basics of Computers including Operating Systems, hardware and internet.
* A working knowledge of MS Word / Excel
* Good Communication Skills
