Responsibilities:
Perform basic support to any computer related issue (workstation) in Link2support. Keep track

and update if necessary Department’s documentation and other logs.

* Performs a variety of network monitoring tasks in anticipation of network crash and disaster. Monitor Link2Support network management systems and respond appropriately to user requests and problems.

* Provide basic troubleshooting back office and ops personnel encountering problems with their workstations.
* Troubleshoots / repairs, maintains and deploys telecommunications and data workstations.
* Troubleshoots problems in the production floor by analyzing the cause/s of the problem and correcting the situation if it is minor and recommending solutions to the superiors if it is major and/or the source of the problem is external to avoid disruption in operations.

* Prepares daily reports on number of call drops due to power, defective telephones and accessories, loose connections and etc. daily for submission to superiors to ensure that PABX system performance is met.

* Prepares weekly status reports on on-going activities.
* Participates in the Department’s planning sessions and helps set plans and programs and attends weekly meeting of the department.
* Maintains orderliness of personal workspace through good housekeeping practices to ensure safekeeping and proper use of IT and telecoms equipment and a safe, orderly and comfortable physical-working environment.

Requirements:

* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree , Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
* At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Applicants must be willing to work in Eastwood City,Libis,Quezon City.
* Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in IT/Computer – Network/System/Database Admin or equivalent.
