<p><strong>NETWORK ENGINEER</strong><br />
The Network Engineer supervises various functional activities of the Network Administration Team, such as Firewall/VPN, LAN/WAN, Network Services and Voice, for the different sites.</p>
<p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong><br />

• Coordinate with concerned teams, vendors, and or appropriate third party who are part of the Project Management for all escalation issues.<br />
• Review and provide inputs to network design to ensure adherence to local and Global Accenture Infrastructure standards and recommend approval for implementation.</p>
<p><strong>REQUIREMENTS:</strong></p>
<p>• Must be a Degree Holder of any IT or Engineering course</p>
<p>• At least 5 years technical experience in network administration, maintenance troubleshooting.<br />
• Must have knowledge in Firewall/VPN, LAN/WAN and Special Services<br />
• Intermediate to expert skills in Cisco Routers and Switches (3yrs hands on experience)<br />
• Intermediate to expert skills in managing any firewall (Cisco ASA OR Checkpoint OR Juniper Netscreen with at least 2 years of hands on experience)<br />
• Intermediate skills in managing DNS/DHCP services (1 year of hands on experience)<br />
• Leads or supervises a team of 4 or more people<br />
• ITIL familiarity<br />
• Basic understanding of Quality of Service. Hands-on experience with Packetshaper is a plus.<br />
• CCNA/CCNP is an advantage</p>

<p>RESPONSIBILITIES:</p>
<p>Identify and handle customer inquiries, resolve customer concerns and maintains customer satisfaction.<br />
Provide assistance in handling customer&#8217;s Technical Requirement.<br />

REQUIREMENTS:</p>
<p>Graduate/Diploma Holder or College Level with equivalent experience.<br />
Preferably 6 months to 1 year relevant experience in a call center handling technical support account or in outsourcing, shared services, operations or in the service industry.<br />
Knowledge/ experience in IT or network administration a plus.<br />
Excellent in verbal and written communication skills.</p>
