Responsibilities:

* Demonstrate ability to use logical and non-linear troubleshooting techniques to resolve customer issues
* Execute client’s policy and procedure to resolve issues and offering suggestions
* Clearly set customer expectations regarding resolution and/or follow up
* Explain a wide range of troubleshooting concepts to customers of varying levels of technical ability

Requirements:

* Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate, Bachelor’s/College Degree , any field.
* Technical orientation/familiarity with consumer electronics products.
* Above Average communication skills
* Behavioral Competencies
* Call center experience is a plus (preferably customer service / sales background).
* Applicants must be willing to work in Global City,Taguig.
