CONTENT ENGINEERS

Job Requirements:
1. Designs and Develops content for comprehensive web-based knowledge resource products.
2. Designs Story boards for Flash demos and other online interactive tools.
3. Designs and drafts solution trees for vicarious applications.
4. Takes part in projects related to research, creation, and maintenance of Knowledge Management resource materials.
5. Provides web tools, screenshots, simple written instructions for graphics rendering of KM web tools.
6. Assist the technical writer by writing the draft knowledge content materials.

CONTENT DEVELOPER

Job Requirements:
1. Writes, edits, indexes, or revises a variety of technical, user documentation such as articles, reports, tables, and other documentations related to Knowledge Management products.
2. Capture screenshots for KB article use (FAQ’s, Cheat Sheets, Tables etc.)
3. Collaborate with technical writers in developing articles from template created by Technical writers and Project Architect.
4. Collaborates with programmers, content developers and engineers, and programs management during design phase to gain an understanding of the project.
5. Assist in developing content for comprehensive web-based resource product.
6. Creates simulation programs for product user interfaces using HTML and flash editing tools.

Requirements:

* Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate, Bachelor’s/College Degree , Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam), Computer Science/Information Technology, Art/Design/Creative Multimedia or equivalent.
* At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Arts/Creative/Graphics Design or equivalent.
* 50 Full-Time positions available.
* Willing to be on graveyard shift.
* Must be 18 years old.
