OJT for Recruitment (Alabang, Muntinlupa)
(National Capital Reg, Southern Tagalog)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

•  Provide support in all aspects of recruitment e.g. scheduling, interviewing, test administration and database management .
• Coordinates with sourcing to schedule interviews.

• Inputs necessary information into the applicant/resume tracking database in an accurate and timely manner.

• Provide general support for the HR department including copying, faxing, typing and supply maintenance.

• Knowledge of general office practice and business etiquette.

• Good oral and written communication skills.

REQUIREMENTS:
• OJT units are included in course curriculum

• Willing to be assigned in the Recruitment Department.

• Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate, Bachelor’s/College Degree , Human Resource Management, Marketing, Secretarial, Psychology or equivalent.

• Applicants must be willing to work in Alabang, Muntinlupa.

• Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.

• 3 Internship positions available.
