<p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong><br />
• 4 years of directly related human resource management experience<br />
• Strong knowledge of positive employee relations and HR practices; compensation, benefits, salary structuring, job evaluation and policy making<br />
• Excellent negotiation, influencing, counseling, facilitation communication, conflict resolution &amp; presentation skills, CBA negotiation<br />
• Demonstrated project management skills &amp; effective delivery on shifting/simultaneous priorities<br />
• Proven track record in developing &amp; executing comprehensive HR strategic plans<br />
• Demonstrated leadership &amp; ability to motivate and energize teams<br />
• Strong results orientation and track record of success<br />
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively with associate employees and all levels of management<br />
• Willing to work on a Graveyard Shift<br />
• Direct preparation and distribution of written and verbal information to inform employees of benefits, compensation, and personnel policies<br />
• Administration of Violation of Company Policies including penalty documentation<br />
• Administer, direct, and review employee benefits program<br />
• Advise Management on such matters as equal employment opportunity<br />
• Plan and conduct new employee orientations to foster positive attitude towards organizational objectives<br />
• Plan, direct, supervise and coordinate work activities of subordinates and staff relating to employment, compensation, and labor relations<br />
• Identify and implement benefits to increase the quality of life of employees by researching benefits issues<br />
• Develops, implements and evaluates strategic and effective company benefits for employees<br />
• Design, evaluate and modify benefits policies to ensure that programs are current, competitive and in compliance with legal requirements<br />
• Analyze compensation policies, government regulations, and prevailing wage rates to develop competitive compensation plan<br />
• Formulate policies, procedure, and programs for orientation, benefits and compensation, labor and industrial relations<br />
• Mediate between benefits providers and employees, such as assisting in handling employee benefits related questions or taking suggestions<br />
• Develops, implements and evaluates efficient HR database<br />
• Reporting to the Director of Human Resources, you will undertake the full spectrum of responsibilities in both industrial relations and compensations and benefits function.<br />
• Assist in the negotiation of employment agreements<br />
• Develop and handle grievances procedures<br />
• Provide advice to employees on work-related issues including interpretation of policies and procedures, collective agreement, etc.<br />
• Build and foster a culture of employee engagement<br />
• Formulate and implement HR policies in the aspect of compensation and benefits and reviewing salary structures<br />
• Develop and roll out compensation and benefits initiatives/projects<br />
• Review and monitor effectiveness of compensation and benefits processes and programs on an on-going basis<br />
• Conduct market research and participate in market surveys and benchmarking exercise<br />
• Administer employee benefits and welfare and other employment issue<br />
• Knowledgeable in processing SSS ,Philhealth, Pag-ibig, TIN</p>
<p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p>
<p>* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor&#8217;s/College Degree , Human Resource Management or equivalent.<br />
* Required language(s): English<br />
* At least 4 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.<br />
* Applicants must be willing to work in Pasig City.<br />
* Preferably Assistant Manager / Managers specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.<br />
* Full-Time positions available.</p>
