Technical Support Representative for Gaming Console Account in Taguig!!!
(National Capital Reg – 5/L Market! Market! Fort Bonifacio, Global City, Taguig City!)
Responsibilities:

* Demonstrate ability to use logical and non-linear troubleshooting techniques to resolve customer issues
* Execute client’s policy and procedure to resolve issues and offering suggestions
* Clearly set customer expectations regarding resolution and/or follow up

Requirements:

* Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate, Bachelor’s/College Degree , any field.
* Good Communication Skills
* High analytical/ problem-solving skills
* Technical orientation/familiarity with tech (console and internet)
* Customer service experience is a plus but not required.
* Applicants must be willing to work in Global City, Taguig.
* Must be willing to work in shifting schedule
* Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
