EXECUTIVE SEARCH CONSULTANT
(National Capital Reg – Pasig City)

Responsibilities:
Main Purpose of the Job :

Responsible for placement of jobs, close transactions of client’s vacated positions and increase business with prospective and existing clients to meet budgeted sales revenue target. Ensure delivery of high quality service to candidates and clients. Performs variety of administrative tasks that support the overall mission of quality performance and service.
Main Duties and Responsibilities :

1. Meet individual revenue targets as set by management.

2. Ensure client satisfaction by providing quality service and facilitating additional business.

3. Guarantee applicant satisfaction by setting up candidates for success.

4. Maintain process efficiency.

5. Comply with the company’s policies and code of conduct.

Specific Job Responsibilities:

• 100% attainment of revenue projections.(amount is consultant specific)

• Facilitate effective matching of the right candidates with client requirements.

• Resolve problems and complaints of clients in an effective and timely manner.

• Provide timely and accurate feedback

• Maintain excellent business relationship with clients

• Facilitate awarding of ‘additional’ requirements and/or business from satisfied clients

• Facilitate effective matching of the candidate’s profile with client requirements.

• Resolve problems and complaints of applicants in an effective and timely manner.

• Provide timely and accurate feedback

• Provide coaching and counseling as and when needed to assure the candidate’s good performance and set up the candidate for success

• Conduct interview and assess applicants against client specifications.

• Ensure placed candidates stay with the company within the guaranteed period.

• Facilitate effective recruitment activities and come up with creative recruitment strategies as needed

• Prepare resume of the candidates per ES’ official format for client endorsement

• Present and sell formatted CVs to clients for interview

• Maintain accurate and complete records on all clients and candidates.

• Ensure continuous growth of the candidate database while maintaining its integrity throughout all dealings.

• 100% compliance to company policies and code of conduct

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s/College Degree
• Good English communication skills
• Should be organized and resourceful
• With good customer-service orientation
• At least five (5) years recruitment experience
• Call center/BPO experience

Preferred:
• Psychology or Behavioral Science graduate
• Marketing, account management or business development experience
