Teleperformance – Workforce Supervisor

* Handle a team of Mission Control Analysts and a scheduler for a 500FTE inbound project with multiple LOBs
* Responsible for Real Time adherence tracking of metrics, schedule creation and efficiency of metrics of the projects.
* At least 2 year(s) of working experience in Workforce Management is required for this position.
* Knowledge of scheduling fundamentals and any WFM software like Aspect eWFM / IEX / Blue Pumpkin etc.
* Above average analytical and logical ability
* Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and be accountable for the performance of others
* Good communication skills (Written as well as verbal)
* Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
* Must demonstrate strong attention to detail, and the ability to coach and motivate staff
* Good multi-tasking abilities
