Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers in trouble shooting issues in relation to internet connectivity.
  • Provide client support and technical issue resolution via E-Mail, phone and other electronic mediums.
  • Configuration of client’s equipment to connect to the Internet via modem/DSL Router.
  • Configure software to connect to Internet application servers.
  • Provide training to clients in the use of system and applications as related to Internet.
  • Obtain general understanding of OS and application operations related to company offered services.
  • Identify and correct or advise, on operational issues in client computer systems.

Requirements:

  • Completed 2 years in college
  • Knowledge of internet, software and hardware applications and technical troubleshooting skills
  • Well polished communication and verbal skills
  • People have computer problems around the clock, and we have to be able to provide answers on the same schedule.  Your flexibility to work in a 24/7 environment will make you especially attractive to us.
  • Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
  • Nursing graduates with at least 1 year experience in the call center industry are also welcome.
