DUMAGUETE- Talent Acquisition Specialist
(Central Visayas – DUMAGUETE)
Responsibilities:

* Responsible for the ownership of the hiring process at the Customer Management Center. Works closely with site Recruitment Manager to coordinate recruiting efforts as needed.
* Responsible for administration of the candidate process for all open Agent positions including but not limited to: greeting of applicants, reviewing applications, input of applicant data into the HRIS system, administering testing materials, conducting job interviews and placement.
* Responsible for meeting weekly / monthly hiring goals.

Requirements:

* Graduate of any four year course
* 1-3 years of experience in customer service
* Stong verbal and written communication skills
* High level of integrity,judgment and follow through
* Strong attention to details
* Ability to influence others by example, caoching and mentoring
* Ability to articulate, interact and understand client needs and expectations
* Great interpersonal skills with candidates of all ages and background
* Desire to achieve agressive recruiting goals under tight deadlines
* Must be willing to work in Dumaguete
* Experience with candidate tracking database, MS Excel, internet and other recruitment technology prefered.
