CORPORATE - Business Planning Manager (Philippine Sites)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Implement, train, and support the workforce management process and systems through targeted analysis of the global Operation. Assist site OSCs and Global OSC with problem resolution, troubleshooting, and enhancements for the Aspect eWorkForce Management System. Coordinate efforts with team members to support the global use of TeleTech’s workforce management theory and OSC common practices. Acts as point of contact for workforce management practices for specified large multi-site clients.
REQUIREMENTS:
* BA/BS or equivalent experience
* 5+ years experience in demonstrated OSC and workforce management
* Experience in current core procedures and processes
* Strong project management capabilities including planning, managing and scheduling. (2 plus years)
* Excellent organization skills and able to manage multiple and changing priorities
* Excellent interpersonal and customer interaction skills to include communications, presentation and conflict resolution skills
* Must be computer literate with word processing, spreadsheets, flowcharting applications, and project management software.
* Training experience a plus
* Statistical Analysis experience required
* Must be detail oriented
* Extensive Workforce Management setup, maintenance, forecasting and scheduling experience
* Ability to travel up to 50% (including internationally)
* Must be willing to work in any of the Philippine Sites of Teletech
