PASAY – Language and Communication Development Trainer
RESPONSIBILITIES:
* BA/BS / or Master’s level degree in English Language education (preferred)
* BA/BS degree in Education related- field.
* Individual who has spent considerable time and study in the US and who writing / speech / and grammar is excellent AND who have training skills (candidates who have spent time in the United States during prepubescent or early adolescence, generally have a greater mastery of the targeted accent)
* Individual whose English writing / speech / and grammar skills are excellent AND who have training skills.
* Quality Specialists or Operations personnel with experience coaching and/or evaluating voice and accent and who have completed the full ACE course or equivalent
* Strong English written and oral communications skills.
* Experienced facilitator who can implement program changes quickly and with a high degree of success.
* Dynamic, energetic facilitator with the ability to read an audience and adjust delivery accordingly.
* Ability to work on multiple projects in a rapidly changing environment.
* Computer literate: proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
* Innovative, self-motivated with a high degree of team spirit
* Must be willing to work in Pasay
