Requirements:

CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSOCIATES/ TECHNICAL SUPPORT ASSOCIATES

A Customer Service/ Technical Support Associate answers incoming calls promptly and in accordance with established call-handling procedures, provides concise, quality customer service in a professional and courteous manner for client project, and performs related work as required and works on special projects as requested.

* College / Associate Graduates or finished at least 2 yrs of college
* Customer Service / HR Back Office / Telecommunications/ Computer and Internet Troubleshooting Experience preferred
* Applicants must be willing to work in Pasay.
* Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
* Full-Time positions available.
