Responsibilities:

Requirements:

* Minimum 3 years leadership experience within a service driven or high tech corporation2 years experience as a Manager in a high volume quality-driven contact center environment supporting voice, chat, and/or e-mail interactionsKnowledge / experience in call centre management
* Shift management capabilities and ability to manage varying skills of employees -should have minimum experience of handling 7 direct reports
* Minimum of 1 ½ yrs. experience in managing a technical support account
* Must be willing to work in Novaliches
* Full time position
