Business Analyst – Telus Philippines

Business Analyst
RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Report construction for daily, weekly and monthly operational performance results and dashboard reports
* Maintaining client contract systems and order request flow management.

REQUIREMENTS:

* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in any field.
* At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Should be highly proficient with MS Excel and MS Powerpoint
* Experience in the following areas will be a strong asset: Metric, scorecard and dashboard reporting; Call centre operations; Contract and order flow management applications; MS Access, Oracle or SQL Server
* 2 Full-Time positions available.
* Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
