Reports Analyst
RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Develop and implement reporting strategies
* Maintain existing reports and processes
* Consult with end-users to help define new reporting requirements
* Implement streamlined solutions for reporting practices
* Create scorecards, dashboards, and other custom reports
* Develop repeatable solutions and promote methodology best practices
* Work independently and in conjunction with team members across the organization
REQUIREMENTS:
* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in any field.
* At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees.Others or equivalent.
* 5 Full-Time positions available.
* Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
* Ability to read, write and speak in English
* Extremely well organized, detail and multitask oriented
* Ability to transform data into organized insightful information
* Professional communication: skills both verbally and for written business correspondence
* Ability to plan, organize and follow through
* Must be punctual, accurate and driven by deadlines
* Knowledge of call center metrics and processes
* Proficiency in building reports using Excel and Access
* Knowledge of Workforce Management tools and systems
* Able to meet tight deadlines; strong ability to self-manage on deliverable execution
* Experience in analyzing contact center metrics (inbound and outbound)
* Experienced MS Office user, specifically MS Excel
* Experience with Six Sigma statistical measures and implementing solutions based off of findings
* Experience with CMS and IEX are a plus
* Experience with Crystal Xcelsius is a plus
