Communication Coach
RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Manages agents with communication skills opportunities by conducting and facilitating one-on-one coaching (formal or informal) and generate coaching logs to validate coaching compliance report
* Conduct follow-up training with individual reps or small groups- directly concentrating, correcting and improving observed speech and communication opportunities
* Help improve and maintain the quality of both oral and written communication abilities

REQUIREMENTS:

* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in any field.
* Excellent communication skills (English), good presentation skills, good customer service orientation.
* Must have call center experience.
* Ability to coach and to educate agents on non-proficient areas
* Preferably familiar with Training & Development or equivalent.
* Able to start immediately
* Willing to work the graveyard shift
