Client Care Representative Market! Market! Site to start ASAP!!!
RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Managing service orders for voice and data services
* Identifying discrepancies, special equipment, or field work needs
* Activate and modify network features within the switch
* Update and correct assignment information within various systems
* Trouble resolution – investigate held orders; initiate corrective action, refer to another area
* Single Point of Contact – provide assignment assistance and information to other departments when required to investigate, monitor and resolve internet products and services issues within established guidelines to provide guidance and support to resolve trouble tickets and client issues, CBR-Call Back number issues, Task List Referrals

REQUIREMENTS:

* Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate, Bachelor’s/College Degree , any field.
* Applicants must be willing to work in Fortbonifacio,Global City,Taguig.
* Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
* 25 Full-Time positions available.
