CSR or TSR for a PIONEER account in TAGUIG! (to start on Jan. 25)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
As a Client Care Representative, you will utilize your excellent customer service skills to maintain our reputation as a provider of quality service in a highly competitive market. You are committed to achieving the highest standards of client satisfaction through your outstanding client-focused attitude. Working in a call centre environment, you will be responsible for directly interacting with TELUS clients in a professional manner in order to facilitate and satisfy customer requirements and enhance TELUS’ business position.

In this position, you will:

ï‚§ Provision and identify customer requirements
ï‚§ Initiate and/or update systems to ensure successful order completion and service delivery
ï‚§ Handle all inbound queries and advocate resolutions to issues in a timely, accurate manner

REQUIREMENTS:

* Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate, Bachelor’s/College Degree , any field.
* Excellent Oral and Written communication skills are required.
* Candidates must be willing to work in shifting schedules
* Call Center Experience is an advantage.
* Applicants must be willing to work in Level 5 Market! Market! Mall,Fort Bonifacio Global City,Taguig.
