Customer Service Assistant
(National Capital Reg – Makati, Ortigas)

Requirements:

* Candidate must be a graduate of any 2-year or 4-year course.
* Must be FEMALE, single, not more than 28 years old
* Must have a good command of the English language
* Experience in the customer service or call center industry is preferred.
* Must be pleasing and customer-oriented
* Must know how to deal with customer concerns over the phone
* Previous experience in the field is an advantage
* Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
