Reservations Officer

Responsibilities:

• Give answers to enquiries by clients and advising them accordingly regarding bookings and reservations
• Assist customers who encounter problems in obtaining booking or operating self service equipment
• Get information about areas of interest in order to target more clients in particular seasons
• Make arrangements for clients’ travel programs
• Help clients to fill in reservation forms

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate, Bachelor’s/College Degree, any field
• Must possess good oral communication skills
• Must have good analytical skills
• Applicants must be willing to work in Taguig, Quezon City, Ortigas
• Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply
• Day shift and night shift available
• 200 Full-Time positions available
