Reservations Officer

Responsibilities:
- Give answers to enquiries by clients and advising them accordingly regarding bookings and reservations
- Assist customers who encounter problems in obtaining booking or operating self service equipment
- Get information about areas of interest in order to target more clients in particular seasons
- Make arrangements for clients’ travel programs
- Help clients to fill in reservation forms
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate, Bachelor’s/College Degree, any field
- Must possess good oral communication skills
- Must have good analytical skills
- Applicants must be willing to work in Taguig, Quezon City, Ortigas
- Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply
- Day shift and night shift available
- 200 Full-Time positions available
