Customer Service Representative (CSC Analyst) – URGENT!

Responsibilities:

Ticket Analysis and Dispatch

* Monitors and processes incoming messages
* Creates tickets in the ticketing tool for customer logging issues through phone or email
* Dispatches tickets to appropriate consultants when necessary

Coordination and Monitoring

* Informs Consultants and Managers of urgent and high visible tickets and makes sure that said tickets are processed
* Informs Consultants of tickets that have long processing time and makes sure that tickets are resolved.
* Monitors SLA and ensures that the initial reaction time is met
* Clarifies issues/concerns on any new processes implemented

Process Compliance

* Ensures compliance to customer specific guidelines
* Assists TSFI Consultants on any process-related questions and concerns.

Requirements:

* Male or Female, single, maximum 27 years of age.
* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree of any IT related course
* At least 1 year of work experience specializing in Technical & Helpdesk Support or equivalent is an advantage.
* Experience in a Call center/applications consulting/Applications/software technical support is also an advantage.
* With Good Communication Skills
* Willing to work on a 24/7 support model (holidays and shifting schedule)
* Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
* Applicants must be willing to work in Makati City
* can start immediately.
