Requirements:

* Candidate must be currently pursuing/graduating students of Bachelor’s/College Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
* Required language(s): English.
* Preferably applicants who have taken Cisco Academy (CCNA) Certification Training or Microsoft Certification Training
* Familiar with IT Infrastructure Library and or COBIT
* Applicants must be willing to work in Pasig City.
* Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
* Internship Duration depends on the required hours mandated by the school.

* Responsibilities:

* To assist IT admin on Workstation Repair Tasks
* To assist in the IT Asset Inventory Project
* To assist in generating reports for Service Delivery
* To assist in documenting procedures and troubleshooting guides for Service Delivery
* To assist in some recurring back log tasks of Service Delivery Team.

* These internship position will lead to full-time positions for trainees that are reliable & consistent, performs assignments well & timely, meets deadlines, demonstrates effective teamwork, has initiative & enthusiasm for their tasks, maintains effective & cooperative relationships w/ co-workers, has average English communication skills, and willingly accepts criticism & modifies behavior.
