COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS MANAGER (FOR PASIG SITE)
(National Capital Reg – Pasig City)

Responsibilities:
• 4 years of directly related human resource management experience
• Strong knowledge of positive employee relations and HR practices; compensation, benefits, salary structuring, job evaluation and policy making
• Excellent negotiation, influencing, counseling, facilitation communication, conflict resolution & presentation skills, CBA negotiation
• Demonstrated project management skills & effective delivery on shifting/simultaneous priorities
• Proven track record in developing & executing comprehensive HR strategic plans
• Demonstrated leadership & ability to motivate and energize teams
• Strong results orientation and track record of success
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively with associate employees and all levels of management
• Willing to work on a Graveyard Shift
• Direct preparation and distribution of written and verbal information to inform employees of benefits, compensation, and personnel policies
• Administration of Violation of Company Policies including penalty documentation
• Administer, direct, and review employee benefits program
• Advise Management on such matters as equal employment opportunity
• Plan and conduct new employee orientations to foster positive attitude towards organizational objectives
• Plan, direct, supervise and coordinate work activities of subordinates and staff relating to employment, compensation, and labor relations
• Identify and implement benefits to increase the quality of life of employees by researching benefits issues
• Develops, implements and evaluates strategic and effective company benefits for employees
• Design, evaluate and modify benefits policies to ensure that programs are current, competitive and in compliance with legal requirements
• Analyze compensation policies, government regulations, and prevailing wage rates to develop competitive compensation plan
• Formulate policies, procedure, and programs for orientation, benefits and compensation, labor and industrial relations
• Mediate between benefits providers and employees, such as assisting in handling employee benefits related questions or taking suggestions
• Develops, implements and evaluates efficient HR database
• Reporting to the Director of Human Resources, you will undertake the full spectrum of responsibilities in both industrial relations and compensations and benefits function.
• Assist in the negotiation of employment agreements
• Develop and handle grievances procedures
• Provide advice to employees on work-related issues including interpretation of policies and procedures, collective agreement, etc.
• Build and foster a culture of employee engagement
• Formulate and implement HR policies in the aspect of compensation and benefits and reviewing salary structures
• Develop and roll out compensation and benefits initiatives/projects
• Review and monitor effectiveness of compensation and benefits processes and programs on an on-going basis
• Conduct market research and participate in market surveys and benchmarking exercise
• Administer employee benefits and welfare and other employment issue
• Knowledgeable in processing SSS ,Philhealth, Pag-ibig, TIN

Requirements:

* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree , Human Resource Management or equivalent.
* Required language(s): English
* At least 4 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Applicants must be willing to work in Pasig City.
* Preferably Assistant Manager / Managers specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
* Full-Time positions available.
