Executive Assistant
RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Provide high level administrative support through conducting research
* Prepare statistical reports
* Handle information request
* Perform clerical functions such as writing correspondences, accepting calls, arranging conference calls, scheduling meetings, coordinating travel budget
REQUIREMENTS:
* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree , any field.
* Applicants must be willing to work in Ortigas Center,Pasig City.
* Preferably with at least 3 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Secretarial/Executive & Personal Assistant or equivalent.
* Preferably did EA work for an expat (i.e., CEO, COO, SVP, VP, AVP)
* Can start by end of November
* Full-Time positions available.
* Internet research skills and knowledge of MS Office is a must
* Very good communication skills
* Must be willing to work on graveyard shift
