RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Excellent verbal and written commuinicaton, organizational and interpersonal skills required
* Used to people management and performance improvement
* Team management and expectation setting

REQUIREMENTS:

* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree , Computer Science/Information Technology, Political Science, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management, Mass Communications or equivalent.
* Required skill(s): avaya cms, presentation skills, mentoring, coaching, Supervision & People Management, MS Office.
* At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Applicants must be willing to work in Buendia
* Preferably Supervisor / 5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employees specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
