* Generate operation productivity reports

* Determine best time for real time activities such as company/account events, coaching and meetings.

* Facilitate request for time off and shift trades. Ensure that policies and procedures for said process is followed.

* Monitor half hourly volumes, AHT, and staffing requirements

* Assess real time call volume to escalate to team leaders/group managers and recommend short-term adjustment to staffing to address current issues

* Act as the single point of contact for Workforce Management with Operations and all other pertinent departments regarding any related issues specific to each functional unit.

* Monitors the daily productivity metrics of agents and controls call activities, in coordination with operations,


* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree , Business Studies/Administration/Management, Economics, Mathematics or equivalent.

* Required skill(s): Blue Pumpkin, Avaya Centervu, Reporting and Analysis.

* At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

* Applicants must be willing to work in Makati City.

* Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Actuarial Science/Statistics or equivalent.
