CREDIT OPERATIONS SPECIALIST & TEAM LEAD (Collections/AR)

RESPONSIBILITIES:
The CREDIT OPERATIONS TEAM LEAD / SPECIALIST is responsible for the direct leadership and facilitation of a group of Credit and Collections Specialist in a B2B enviroment. Leads and executes incident management process improvement activities.

REQUIREMENTS:
1. CREDIT OPERATIONS SPECIALIST: Must have a background on managing Credit (Daily Sales Outstanding, Aging of Accounts Receivable, etc. ) and doing Collection calls for NA clients in a B2B environment.
CREDIT OPERATIONS TEAM LEAD: Must have background in leading a team of AR/Credit and Collections Specialist in a Business to business set up.
2. At least 3 years experience in the same capacity.
3. Must have extensive experience dealing with NA clients.
4. Credit and Collection background for tangible products.
5. Proficient in Microsoft Operating System and Networking (Home and Office).
6. Experience with Microsoft Outlook.
7. Strong communicator and influencer.
8. Ability to manage multiple functions in a flexible manner with minimal supervision.
9. Strong team player.
10. Must be able to demonstrate strong problem solving skills.
11. Amendable for graveyard fixed schedule.
12. Work location will be at Fort Bonifacio, Taguig.
