RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Recruitment Specialist is responsible for providing optimum support to the company in terms of recruitment procedure, strategies, coordination with Hiring Manager and continuous improvement.
Ensures that target schedule of new hir onboarding are met.
Able to conduct brief orientation, initial interviews, candidate management and monitoring of recruitment partner performance.
Provide timely feedback on queries relevant to recruitment procedure accomplished by the team to upper management.
Ability to work under pressure and in a multinational environment.
Willing to work on a fixed nightshift (8:00PM – 6:00AM)
Willing to be based in Fort Bonifacio, Taguig City

REQUIREMENTS:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Psychology or equivalent.
Required skill(s): Sourcing, Interviews, Test Administration.
Preferred skill(s): Phone Interview and Invitation.
Required language(s): English.
At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Human Resources or equivalent. Job role in Recruitment/Staffing or Employee/Labour Relation.
