Customer Service Officer (Thai / English Speaking)
(National Capital Reg – Makati City Philippines)

Responsibilities:
* Respond to customer inquiries
* Handle and resolve customer complaints
* Provide customers with product and service information
* Process applications
* Follow up customer calls
* Complete call logs
* Effectively deal with angry callers, and upset customers
* Record details of inquiries, comments and complaints

Requirements:
- Successful completion of High Shool with 7.5 average, (8.0 for most courses)

- Required skill(s): Microsoft Windows.

- Required language(s): Thai, English. Knowledge of Chinese will be an added advantage.

- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

- Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.

- Applicants must be willing to work in Makati City, Manila, Philippines.

- Must be able to work shift, irregular and also weekends and public holidays
