Responsibilities:

Responsible for receiving and processing incoming phone calls in accordance with the policies, procedures, quality standards and federal laws and regulations.

Qualifications:
  • Must be able to receive and process incoming phone calls for clients which includes obtaining, entering and verifying customer information (names, addresses, credit card numbers, etc.)
  • Must be able to return phone calls to customers if technical problems were incurred during the customers initial incoming phone call.
  • Meet assigned monthly goals and maximize productivity.
  • Adhere to departmental Quality Assurance guidelines.
  • Must be able to respond with strict verbal and written clarity in English.
