Responsibilities:
- Partner with sales to help drive and grow both the Rich Media publisher business
- Establish and sustain a high level of service and quality that the RM team is know for
- Maintain consistently high client service ratings in concert with others on the team
- Become highly knowledgeable with the Dart for Publishers (DFP) platform
- Appropriately prioritize your workload and properly set delivery expectations with you clients
- Actively drive your client’s success
- Develop and maintain relationships with your clients
- Work effectively with a variety of internal teams, including Account Management, Support, Sales, Engineering and Product Management
- Expand personal and team knowledge of new and upcoming products
As a Client Services Manager (a.k.a Campaign Manager) within the Rich Media (RM) Client Services team, you will be responsible for managing a group of NAM advertiser and publisher accounts. In effect, you act as a Rich Media Project Manager facilitating the successful launch of RM campaigns. You will be the central point of contact for all RM launches for your clients. You will provide frequent status updates, making recommendations based upon your
RM expertise.
You will assist your team and your clients, continuously seeking to:
* Improve efficiencies with your clients
* At times provide training to your clients
* Provide recommendations, insight, and guidance for your clients on all things RM
* Succeed in a fast past, high volume, multi-tasking work environment
* Become highly knowledgeable with the Dart for Publishers (DFP) platform
* Assume your fair share of the team workload
* Work collaboratively with your team
You will work cross-functionally with the Sales, Production, Quality
Assurance, and Product Management teams to provide high caliber customer service to website publishers.
Requirements:
* At least 2 years of client facing experience, demonstrated creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills
* Knowledge of Rich Media, XML, Flash concepts, Javascript a plus
* Experience working with DFA or DFP platforms desired
* Previous experience working with or for an advertising agency a plus
* Language requirements: Must be fluent in English.
