Administrative Associate
(National Capital Reg – Quezon City)

Responsibilities:

* Responsible for organizing, managing, coordinating and facilitating the execution and delivery of general management and administrative service such as, but not limited to: sourcing of suppliers and canvassing of prices of supplies, materials and equipments
* Also responsible for preparing and managing requests for proposals, reviewing large value purchase orders, working with clients and reviewing bidding process.
* Must have a flair for negotiation, influencing people and networking

Requirements:

* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree , Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent.
* Required language(s): English, Filipino
* At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Applicants must be willing to work in Quezon City.
* Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Purchasing/Inventory/Material & Warehouse Management or equivalent.
* Full-Time positions available.
