QA and Communications Specialist

Responsibilities:

* Working together with Sales Department & Training Program managers & trainers, Sales Quality and Communications Specialist aims to achieve the following goals:

* Establish communication monitoring & quality assurance processes within the sales department.
* Define sales call & sales email anatomy.
* Standardize key stages of email, call flow & selling process.
* Standardize key items of sales close.
* Standardize process of transferring sale to Finance Department (Payment Central).
* Design and implement a QA assessment & grading scale for sales consultants.
* Design, implement, & continuously improve on a QA process flow that will ensure compliance & improve quality of communication & correspondence.
* Ensure improvement in sales skills of consultants by meeting and exceeding all compliance metrics.
* Continually coach sales staff on general communication strategies, skills, ethics, values, attitude, and other cornerstones of superior customer service.

Requirements:

* Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate, Bachelor’s/College Degree or Post Graduate Diploma / Master’s Degree in any field.
* Required skill(s): coaching skills, data analysis, reporting.
* Required language(s): English.
* Preferred language(s): Chinese, Spanish
* At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
* Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Sales – Corporate or equivalent. Job role in Sales Support Coordinator or Others.
