Lol’d at this. Puro kayo number of cores without knowing the architecture of the processor. Kahit na single core ang Intel processor na ‘to, it easily beats dual core cortex a9 based processors. Considering the price of 14K, I would say that this is a steal.

I dont know about that but I don’t see any benefit in running a different OS especially Windows PC OS in a mobile phone.
