Galaxy Note 2 clone goes on sale in China

There are a lot of ways to prove a product’s popularity; the more popular ones are to look at the total unit sold and when Chinese manufacturers released a knock-off version of it. iPhones have always been a popular target for these clone phones makers, but because of the global success that Samsung is having with their flagship handsets, they too are experiencing the drawbacks of being popular.

The recent addition to the Chinese clone maker’s portfolio is the 5-and-half-inch smartphone that looks like a Galaxy Note 2 (GT-8000), but is outfitted with a configuration typically found in mid-range smartphones.

ST7180

Dubbed as Star S7180, this phone has a 1GHz MediaTek MT6577 dual-core processor, a gigabyte of RAM and 4GB worth of internal storage which we assume to be expandable up to 32GB via Micro-SD card. It also has a pair of snappers, VGA on the front and 8MP on the rear and runs of Android Jelly bean.

Besides the things mentioned above, the other specifications of the SGN2-knockoff such as the screen resolution and battery capacity is yet to be disclosed as the device is yet to be “officially launched”. When it does reach the online market, GizChina reports that the Star S7180 is slated to be priced at around USD150 which is only less than a quarter of Samsung’s asking price.

Great works of art! That is the kind of facts that are supposed to become distributed along the world wide web. Waste online for no more time positioning the following distribute larger! Can happen over and talk to my website. Thanks =)

I am customer of Wind mobile service in Canada. This network uses a frequency called AWS, with bands 1700/2100.

In other words any unlocked phone to be used with wind service must be compatible with the U.S. T-Mobile network.

Is this Samsung Galaxy clone compatible with wind mobile frequency.

    Thanks
